Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are made via our website booking system or by request via WhatsApp, and are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. AF Creative Bali does not hold provisional bookings without payment.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
• We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout on our booking system.
• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Session times include setup and pack-down — please arrive at your booked start time, not before it, unless a buffer has been separately agreed.
• Studio access begins strictly at the booked start time and ends strictly at the booked end time, regardless of a late start caused by the Customer.

2. Studio Rates

The Great Room rate is based on the number of people attending, as declared at time of booking. If additional people arrive beyond the number booked, we reserve the right to charge the higher applicable rate on the day, or to decline entry if the room's maximum capacity (4 people) would be exceeded. The Green Room is intended for one person; the Office seats up to 2 people.

An optional Equipment Package is available on all studios, providing access to our in-house 4K cameras, wireless microphones, and studio lighting. The Equipment Package must be selected and paid for at the time of booking. Equipment is provided for use within the studio only and may not be removed from the premises.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change, but late cancellations directly affect our ability to rebook the space. The following policy applies to all bookings:

• More than 48 hours before your booking: full refund or free rescheduling, no charge.
• 24–48 hours before your booking: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded; the remainder may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled booking within 30 days.
• Less than 24 hours before your booking, or a no-show: no refund and no credit. A no-show is defined as not arriving within 15 minutes of the booked start time without prior notice.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be exercised once per original booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. building maintenance, power outage, force majeure). In this case, Customers will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled slot at no additional cost.

4. Studio Access & Orientation

AF Creative Bali operates on a self-serve basis. Customers manage their own recording once briefed.

• Each new Customer receives a brief orientation covering studio controls, lighting, and (where applicable) green screen operation before their first session.
• Once briefed, the Customer is solely responsible for operating the space and any equipment used for the remainder of the session.
• Studio staff do not remain in the room during the session and do not access, view, or monitor any content recorded by the Customer.
• Customers must vacate the studio and return it to its original layout (backdrops, furniture, equipment) by the end of their booked session time. Customers arriving late will not receive an extension of their session.

5. Equipment Use & Liability

Customers are welcome to bring and use their own devices (phones, cameras, laptops) at no additional charge. Where the in-house Equipment Package is booked, the following applies:

• Equipment must be used only as demonstrated during orientation, only within the studio, and only for the duration of the booked session. Equipment may not be removed from the premises.
• The Customer is responsible for equipment provided to them for the duration of their session.
• Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear may be charged at full replacement or repair cost, at current market price, within 7 days of the session.
• Equipment must be returned to its designated storage location/case at the end of the session; items not returned will be treated as lost and charged accordingly.
• AF Creative Bali reserves the right to require a valid ID or refundable security hold prior to release of in-house equipment for a session.

6. Content & Confidentiality

Confidentiality is core to how we operate.

• AF Creative Bali does not access, copy, review, or store any content recorded by Customers on their own devices or on in-house equipment.
• Where in-house equipment with local storage is used, Customers are responsible for transferring and clearing their own files before returning the equipment; AF Creative Bali is not responsible for content left on in-house devices and reserves the right to clear storage after each session.
• Customers are solely responsible for backing up their own content. AF Creative Bali accepts no liability for lost, corrupted, or unsaved recordings.

7. Studio Use & Conduct

• Bookings are for the studio space and time slot only. Studios must be vacated at the end of the booked time slot to allow for the next booking.
• No food or drink (other than water) is permitted inside the studio rooms. No smoking is permitted inside any studio at any time.
• Customers are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their booking party while on the premises, and are liable for any damage caused by their guests.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early in the case of misuse of the space or equipment, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

8. Liability

• AF Creative Bali is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Customers use the studio and any equipment at their own risk and are responsible for their own content, footage, and any equipment they bring.
• AF Creative Bali is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a session, including lost business, lost content, or missed deadlines.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Indonesian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
